A focused session designed to relieve tension in the head, neck, and feet—areas where stress and fatigue often build up.
Includes targeted work to release tension in the neck and surrounding structures, along with focused footwork to ease fatigue and support overall relaxation.

Give your body more consistent care with two personalized 60-minute massages each month. Regular sessions create space to stay connected with your body, respond to changes as they arise, and build on your progress over time.
Benefits include: Two (2) 60-minute massages each month, upgrade one or both to a 90-minute massage for $30 each, plus 15% off each additional massage.
