Terms & Policies
Welcome to Soul Glow Massage & Bodywork. The following policies are intended to help create a respectful, comfortable, and supportive experience for all clients.
Punctuality:

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in reduced hands-on time to avoid delays for other scheduled clients. The full session fee will still apply.
If you are running late, please call or text 503.726.6053. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling.
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. Credit cards or cash payments are accepted.
Cancellations & No-Shows:

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, including no-shows, will be charged the full session fee.
Emergencies and illness will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled through MassageBook more than 24 hours in advance. For changes within 24 hours of your appointment, please call or text 503.726.6053.
Payment:

Please arrive clean and showered for your session. Clients may be asked to reschedule if hygiene concerns impact the comfort of the treatment environment.
Hygiene:

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate health information, including medical conditions, injuries, medications, and any updates to their health history and current state of health. The client agrees not to hold the LMT liable if the client does not inform them of changes to their health history.
If you experience pain or discomfort during your session, please communicate immediately so pressure and techniques can be adjusted appropriately. Massage therapy can occasionally result in temporary soreness or discomfort following treatment.
Health & Safety:

Massage therapy provided by Soul Glow Massage & Bodywork is strictly therapeutic and professional. Any inappropriate behavior, sexual remarks, or misconduct will result in the immediate termination of the session and refusal of future appointments.
Professional Boundaries:

Massage therapy is intended to support relaxation, stress reduction, relief from muscular tension, and improved mobility and circulation. Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care. The LMT does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or perform spinal or skeletal adjustments.
